Health Business Awards
The NHS is just over half way through a major programme of investment and reform - a transformation that began in 1997 and has already seen a huge increase in funding and patient care. The aim is for an NHS characterised by free choice across a wide range of providers. Levels of investment remain high, with expenditure reaching a staggering 11 per cent of UK Gross Domestic Product.
The Health Business Awards, launched in 2007, is establishing a reputation for showcasing the success stories in the heath sector. Promoted through Health Business magazine, The Awards recognise and celebrate the significant contributions made each year by organisations that work inside and alongside the NHS. Entry is open to UK NHS Trusts and other public ector organisations that work alongside or within the NHS.
